The full form of ESI is E mployees S tate I nsurance which is called Employees State Insurance in Hindi. The scheme is regulated by ESIC ( Employees State Insurance Corporation ) Employees State Insurance Corporation , ESIC is headquartered in New Delhi.
If you work in a company, a certain amount is deducted for ESI from your salary, which benefits you in the form of cash treatment for the family when you are ill and free for death, you get treatment for free. And for medicines, ESI card or company card will have to be shown in the hospital.
